Every Nexus CMS deployment is single-tenant. You aren’t one row in a shared database — you’re a self-contained installation, configured for your service, branded for your organisation, and contractually yours.

Annual licence

A per-instance annual licence covering the full platform, all modules, ongoing security updates, and clinical content templates. No per-seat pricing surprises.

Aligned to your scale

Three commercial tiers spanning single-site clinics, multi-site networks, and commissioned providers — pricing transparent and structured around the size of your service, not arbitrary feature gates.

Clinical content included

All template libraries, intake forms, consent flows, NSP scaffolding and reporting suites are included as part of the licence. We update them; you inherit improvements.

No data lock-in

A clean export of your clinical data, structured and documented, is part of the licence. If we ever part ways, you walk away with everything.

Deployment options

Where it runs is your call.

Deploy where it makes sense for your organisation. Both options are fully isolated, fully documented, and fully recoverable.

On-premise hardware

Server installed at your site. Optionally network-isolated. We supply commissioning support and monitoring guidance.

Dedicated managed VPS

A single-tenant VPS in a UK data centre, managed by us. Patching, updates, backups and monitoring handled — your data, our hands.

Hybrid backup

Production runs in your chosen environment. Encrypted backups can route to a destination of your choice — a second site, a cold-storage provider, or a restricted internal location.

Onboarding

A 90-day path from contract to live caseload.

A structured onboarding programme that gets your service running on the platform without disrupting clinical activity.

Discovery & scoping

A two-week deep-dive into your existing pathways, payer types, document templates, and reporting needs. Output: a configuration spec signed off by you.

Provisioning

Your dedicated instance is provisioned and configured to spec. Templates seeded, roles set up, branding applied, integrations tested.

Migration & training

Existing client and clinical data migrated under signed DPA. Role-targeted training sessions for clinicians, coordinators, admin and reception.

Pilot & go-live

A controlled pilot with a small caseload, followed by full rollout. Daily check-ins for the first fortnight; weekly thereafter.

Ongoing partnership

A named account contact, scheduled platform reviews, and a quarterly clinical content roadmap session.
